SHANGHAI Airlines Co. said Friday it will sell a spare aircraft engine to a unit of Wells Fargo & Co. for 47 million yuan (US$6.03 million).
The sale to Wells Fargo Bank Northwest National Association will improve Shanghai Airlines' earnings and the liquidity of its assets, the Shanghai-listed carrier said in a statement to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
