CHINA Eastern Airlines, which lists shares in Hong Kong and Shanghai, is in final talks with Singapore Airlines to sell a strategic stake in the Hong Kong and Shanghai-listed carrier, the China Securities Journal said Thursday.
The two airlines had already started to negotiate the price of the stake sale, the newspaper reported, quoting sources close to Eastern Airlines, without elaborating.
