- CMB sees 10 million credit cards

CHINA Merchants Bank Co. (CMB) said Thursday that it expected to have 10 million credit cards on issue by the end of this year, double the number at the end of 2005.
The bank, which launched its credit card business in 2002, had 8 million cards on issue by the end of September and is accelerating growth to reach 10 million before January.
