- Hana wins nod to incorporate unit

HANA Bank, a unit of South Korea's Hana Financial Group, said yesterday it has won preliminary approval to incorporate a US$265 million unit in China.
Hana, South Korea's No. 4 bank, becomes the second South Korean lender after Woori Bank to obtain the green light from China to set up wholly-owned subsidiaries here.
