- Construction Bank plans foreign units

CHINA Construction Bank Corp., the nation's largest mortgage lender, said Friday it would set up a unit each in London and Dubai and might open a branch in Doha.
The Beijing-based bank said the plans were subject to regulatory approval. The bank said Thursday its board approved a 2008 budget for capital expenditure of 31.5 billion yuan (US$4.3 billion).
