- Hudson acquires recruiting firm

HUDSON Highland Group Inc., an executive search and staffing company, will buy China-based recruiting firm Tony Keith Associates Ltd. to boost business overseas.
After the acquisition, Hudson will have more than 350 workers in seven offices in China, the New York-based company said Thursday in a statement. Hudson, which has about 3,600 workers, didn't give the purchase price.
