SHENZHEN Energy Corporation will invest US$1.04 billion in Huiyang city and Huidong county in Guangdong Province to build a coal-fired power plant with four 1,000 MW ultra supercritical thermal power generator sets.
Both the county and the city are several hundred kilometers northeast of Shenzhen.
