- U.S. investigation into tires opposed

THE Ministry of Commerce said Thursday it 'strongly opposes?the U.S. Commerce Department's decision Tuesday to start an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation into off-road tires produced in China.
It will be the fifth such probe the United States has launched against Chinese imports within a year, said Wang Xinpei, a spokesman for China's Ministry of Commerce.
