- Neusoft Group to list by July

NEUSOFT Group Ltd., a software outsourcer, will list by July through a share swap with its Shanghai-listed unit, the China Daily reported Thursday, citing group chairman and chief executive Liu Jiren.
The paper cited Liu as saying he expects the government to give the group permission for the share swap with unit Shenyang Neusoft Co. before July. The paper also reported the company plans to set up a new branch in Hungary this year.
