- Greentown China buys Wenzhou plot

PROPERTY developer Greentown China Holdings Ltd. said yesterday it acquired a plot of residential and commercial land in Wenzhou for 3.33 billion yuan (US$426.92 million).
The firm said the site, with a total area of 132,325 square meters, can be used for the integrated development of residential properties, offices, hotels and retail shops. Greentown China said it expects to begin construction of the project in the second half of this year.
