- Baosteel in talks with Visa for JV

BAOSHAN Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. (BaoSteel) has approached India's Visa Steel Ltd. for a possible tie-up, Visa's top official told reporters Monday.
'We are considering various proposals,'chairman V. Saran said, adding several companies have approached them including some from Europe.
