China's new blue book on intellectual property rights (IPR) contains over 40 million words, and reflects the current status of IPR protection in China.
Included in the book is a comprehensive report on the situation of IPR in China from 2005 to the first half of 2006. The core of the book is China's IPR Development Report. Summarised in the book are major events, typical cases of IPR violations, international IPR news, development of the member states of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), new national legislation and other issues affecting intellectual property in China. The book also contains 30 articles by well-known scholars on IPR.
