- Reinsurance restructure to be completed

THE restructuring of China Reinsurance (Group) Co., the country's biggest reinsurer, is expected to be completed soon, but there is no timetable for its plan to list, China's insurance regulator said Thursday.
The company, which had assets of 29.77 billion yuan at the end of June 2006, has been targeting the introduction of strategic investors and an IPO since at least the beginning of last year.
