The gold price in Hong Kong went down 3 HK dollars to 6,179 HK dollars per tael on Tuesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to 665.5 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, down 0.3 U.S. dollars at Tuesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.794 HK dollars.
