BEIJING used car dealers are expecting business to soar as nearly 36 percent of current car owners in Beijing plan to buy a new or used vehicle this year, Monday's Beijing Evening News said.
More than 322,000 used cars were traded in Beijing in 2006, almost quadruple the figure in 2002, the newspaper quoted sources at a forum on the used car market.
'In 2008, sales of used cars in Beijing is likely to reach 500,000,'the newspaper said without providing a prediction for used car sales this year.
