- Property inflation eases to 5.3%

THE country's urban property prices rose 5.3 percent in February from a year earlier, compared with a 5.6 percent rise in January, official figures showed yesterday.
Average property prices across 70 cities rose 0.6 percent in February from January, the National Development and Reform Commission said in a report on its Web site.
