- China Oilfield in Shenzhen deal

CHINA Oilfield Services Ltd., a unit of the nation's third-largest oil producer China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC), signed deals with China Merchants Heavy Industry Co. and Yiulian Dockyards (Shekou) Ltd. respectively in Shenzhen on Friday.
Under the 700 million yuan (US$94.59 million) deal, China Merchants Heavy Industry Co. will build a drilling service vessel for China Oilfield Services, which lists shares in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and Yiulian Dockyards will carry out technical upgrade to drilling rigs of China Oilfield Services.
