- Minmetals, Jiangxi Copper in partnership

CHINA Minmetals Corp. has signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Jiangxi Copper to jointly develop the domestic and overseas market, Minmetals said yesterday.
The agreement between the country's largest base metals trader and the top copper smelter was signed Monday in Beijing, Minmetals said in a statement posted on its Web site. The two companies will also share information for resources development and making extensive cooperation in project development, Minmetals said.
