The gold price in Hong Kong went up 57 HK dollars to 6,285 HK dollars per tael on Wednesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to 677.55 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 6.23 U.S. dollars at Wednesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.7865 HK dollars.
