The gold price in Hong Kong went up 75 HK dollars to 6,706 HK dollars per tael on Wednesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to 723.35 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 8.09 U.S. dollars at Wednesday's exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.782 HK dollars.
