- Oji Paper delays start to plant to 2010

JAPAN'S Oji Paper Co. has pushed back the planned start to a new factory in China to 2010, the latest delay to its US$1.9 billion project to tap the world's fastest-growing major paper market.
The Chinese Government approved Oji's plans for a joint venture in Nantong in eastern Jiangsu Province last year. Oji said at the time that it aimed to begin production by the end of 2009.
