- All Nippon mulls tie-up with Shanghai Air

ALL Nippon Airways Co. president Mineo Yamamoto said Thursday that he is considering proposing a tie-up with Shanghai Airlines Co.
All Nippon Airways is considering approaching Shanghai Airlines with a proposal similar to the one it signed with South Korea's Asiana Airlines Inc., he said. All Nippon and Asiana Airlines Inc. said Wednesday they will purchase US$12 million of each other's shares as part of a strategic alliance.
