- Chongqing Changjiang plans restructuring

CHONGQING Changjiang River Water Transport Co. said yesterday that it plans an asset restructuring with Southwest Securities Co.
The restructuring still needs to get regulatory approval, and trading of Chongqing Changjiang's Shanghai-listed shares will be suspended from yesterday, it said in a statement. It didn't provide details of the restructuring plan or when its shares will resume trading. Southwest Securities is planning a backdoor listing via Chongqing Changjiang.
