- Beijing Capital Land to issue A shares

BEIJING Capital Land Ltd. said it planned to issue up to 1.4 billion new A shares to raise capital to fund property developments in China.
The firm said in a statement late Wednesday the issue price of the A shares, which are to be listed in Shanghai and subject to authorities' approval, will be determined on the basis of market conditions and price of its Hong Kong-listed H shares.
