The China Life Insurance Co., the nation's largest life insurer, listed its shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Tuesday at 37 yuan (4.74 U.S. dollars) per share.
The company's listing on the A-share market made it the first Chinese insurer traded on China's domestic stock exchange. China Life shares already are traded in the United States and in Hong Kong.
