CHINA CITIC Bank Co., a mid-sized lender, plans a dual listing in Shanghai and Hong Kong between April and May, to raise up to US$2.8 billion, the China Securities Journal reported yesterday, citing an unnamed source.
The offering's underwriters are HSBC Holdings PLC, Lehman Brothers, Citigroup Inc., China International Capital Co. and CITIC Securities Co., the report said.
