- CNOOC discussing A-share listing

TOP domestic offshore oil and gas producer CNOOC Ltd. is in discussions with mainland stock market regulators to prepare for a listing of A shares, its chairman told reporters yesterday.
Chairman Fu Chengyu also said the company's other Hong Kong-listed units, China Oilfield and China Blue Chemical, were preparing for A-share listings, with China Oilfield listing possible this year.
