GOLDSTATE Securities Co. plans to list shares on the domestic stock market, the Securities Times reported Tuesday, citing unnamed sources.
The mid-sized, Shenzhen-based brokerage has chosen Shenzhen-listed Hong Yuan Securities Co. as its lead underwriter, the report said. The report didn't provide a timetable for Goldstate Securities' initial public offering. Goldstate has a fund joint venture with Belgium's KBC Group NV.
