- BOE Technology halts share trading

TRADING in shares of Shenzhen-listed BOE Technology Group Co. was suspended from Thursday as the company starts talks on restructuring its assets.
BOE Technology, which lists both yuan-denominated A shares and Hong Kong dollar-denominated B shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, said it will resume trading of the shares after issuing an announcement on the restructuring. BOE Technology said in March it plans to transfer its majority interest in its liquid-crystal-display making business to its parent in return for some of its own shares.
