- Regulator to review Liaoning Publishing IPO plan

THE securities regulator will review Liaoning Publishing and Media Co.'s initial public offering (IPO) plan for the domestic stock market Nov 20.
In a draft prospectus posted on the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Web site, the company said it will offer up to 140 million A shares on the domestic market. It did not say whether it would list in Shanghai or Shenzhen.
