CHINA Shipping Container Lines, the country's top container shipper, plans to raise more than 12 million yuan (US$1.6 million) by listing A shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The company, which is already listed in Hong Kong, has won permission from regulators for the listing and intends to float 2.34 billion shares, about 20 percent of its enlarged share capital.
