- ZTE, Sistema sign telecom deals

RUSSIAN services conglomerate Sistema, which controls Russia's top mobile phone firm, has signed a range of deals with Shenzhen-based ZTE Corp., Sistema's main owner said Saturday.
Vladimir Yevtushenkov, who is also Sistema's president, said his firm had signed a number of agreements with ZTE, China's second-largest telecom equipment maker.
